The secret service myth..

The secret service myth..

Firstly, let me make it clear that I am in favour of peace and the coexistence of peoples with respect and freedom.
I am not for or against any country or nation or agency.
I believe we need to learn and copy good practices from anyone in the world, letting go of empty egos.

I am not going to hide that in recent days, because of Ukraine, I have been quite concerned to see the youth avoiding military service without recognizing its importance, considering it a chore and lost time... ignoring that, in order for a country to be strong and great, 3 basic pillars are needed.
The enterprise, which supports the country economically and productively, the political fabric, and the legislation of the state.
The most important axis is the soldier who will fight for the country.

The military is the measure and benchmark for a country that wants to be strong

And here it is worth noting that our country is known internationally for the successes of the air force units and special forces, although this does not mean that we should not invest in our secret services because it is a key lever of pressure on other countries for our interests.

As we know, in recent years, after the prime ministership of Samaras, Greece and Israel have visibly improved their relations and cooperation at all levels, including the secret services.

It is also known that Israel has one of the most powerful and important foreign intelligence services in the world.

It is worth mentioning that a large percentage of its youth want to serve in the services as well as in their army.

Let's take a look at how a secret service state works; and what would be a better example than Israel...

Israel has 3 services:

1. Mossad (overseas intelligence)

2. Aman (military service)

3. and Shabak (internal security).

Since 2010 they began to be in the public eye, announcing their campaigns.

Their promotion in many films and series also played a very important role.

On Netflix, Apple tv, Hulu, you will surely have stumbled upon a movie with Jewish production that glorifies Israeli services and its exploits, Fauda, the Angel, Tehran... and many more.

Let’s give examples of operations that were published to give prominence to Mossad.

In 2018, it was announced that intelligence agencies hacked Iran and hijacked intelligence pointing to Iran's secret military nuclear program. That day they said they had 55,000 files and 183 CDs of classified mass destruction material on their hands.

In 2019 they announced that the Mossad had tracked down and killed al-Qaeda's No. 2 in Tehran, Abu Mohammed Almasri. In 2020, they announced that they had killed Iranian General "Mohsin Fakhri Zada," the mastermind and leader of Iran's military nuclear program.

Between you and me, the Israelites know how to promote and advertise themselves throughout the world very well.

Shahid, the Washington Post's correspondent in Tel Aviv, once wrote an article rightly arguing that Mossad recruits young people through movies on streaming platforms (Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV) and through Hollywood? And she explained that they have resorted to this tactic for many years now.

The Israelites show their heroism and glorify their services through films, and the whole world respects them for it.

They create their own myth around the service and play psychological games very successfully.

And Israel is not Greece, they have big startups that pay a lot of money to young people.

Selecon vallée, Fiverr, Wase, Wix, Viber, etc.

Avner Avraham had been working for Mossad for about 28 years, and when he retired, he founded an agency called "the spy legend Agency" from where he advises filmmakers around the world, especially Hollywood, on films about the Secret Service Army and Jewish-Israelis.

Avner Avraham has written an article explaining that they must glorify at every opportunity, and advertise the military and secret services if they want to recruit and better approach young people.
Among the best films produced by Avraham and glorifying Mossad and the Jews are L'ange du mossad, Fauda, Tehran.

Americans have a roughly identical plan of action, glorifying, exaggerating and highlighting the achievements of both their military and their services at every opportunity in order to dazzle young people and make them want to work there.

It is something that has already entered our consciousness without us realizing it, when we go to the USA we buy FBI hats and New-York and CIA T-shirts and wear them with admiration... an admiration that has been submitted to us unconsciously through cinematic features and their protagonists (Jason Statham – Rambo etc). And all of this so that young people can enjoy and seek to get into these jobs, on the one hand because they are important for the security of the country and on the other hand for America to remain an international superpower. And the best example of this is that after the screening of the movie Top Gun depicting the heroism of the US military, there was the highest demand in American history for the introduction of new ones to the American fleet. They exaggerate in their films by presenting only the embellished and positive side of things, but we must not forget that there are two sides to every coin.

The secret services of Greece have a relatively good name all over the world; with no movies and no branding... Israel, USA, Russia, Egypt and England created a myth among their peoples and around the world. Participation in the army and services is an obligation to the country for all of us.

Patriotism and heroism is the participation in security forces, not a matter of survival.
